Starting back 2002 in an old factory studio in Easthampton Mass, Moonlight Designs has steadily grown into a full service screen printing company providing the highest quality work.

Our small team and manual equipment allows us to give your print the time and attention it needs. Being local lets us meet and talk with you to make sure they come out even better than you expected.

From using soy based solvents for cleaning screens and equipment to recycling our materials Moonlight Designs is all about having a positive affect on both our community and our environment. Thank you for considering us for your screen printing needs. We offer in-house screen printing on both textiles and paper goods. We also offer our graphic design expertise to help you create the artwork for your project.

To get started, let us know some details on your project so that we can give you a price quote. To get a custom quote, you'll need to fill out our online quote form below or contact us by phone or email.

The main details needed for a screen printing quote are:

  1. ART. Do you already have the art? How many colors is it and can you email us a preview? What size do you want it printed? What ink color(s) do you have in mind? If you do not already have the art, our design department can help. For details on how to submit your artwork, click here.
  2. MATERIAL. What are we going to be printing on? T-shirts, tote bags, paper etc? What color is the garment? If we are printing clothing, please let us know what type of garments you want. Different shirts vary in price, so please view our catalog to select the garments you want. Don't forget to tell us the style number. Also, let us know if you need any larger sizes such as XXL, XXXL. We also print on customer supplied garments.
  3. QUANTITY. Do you need 50, 100, 1000? The amount you order affects the price, so let us know. Our minimum order is 12 pieces.
  4. DEADLINE. We regularly maintain a full print schedule and your deadlines are important for us to know so we can get you your products when you need them.

Once you receive the quote and have reviewed it carefully, we can proceed with the order pending any changes. To order, we require 50% deposit based on our finalized quote. Normal Turnaround is 7-10 working days after receiving deposit and art work. Rush orders are possible.


There is a 12 piece minimum for any design. This can be a combination of sizes and styles as long as the design remains the same size. For example, you can print the same design on short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, and hoodies, as long as the total number of pieces is at least 12.


Normal production time is 7-10 days from deposit, however 2 to 6 day rush orders may be available. *Additional costs may apply.

The cost of your order depends on a few factors such as which style of shirt (or paper) you choose, the number of colors in each design, the number of print locations and the complexity of the image itself.

The best way to get an accurate quote is to call us or fill out the form below. Try to fill out as much of the quote form as possible and we will get back to you promptly with pricing.

* While viewing colors online is very useful, it should not be used for exact color matching. Monitors, video cards, and light sources all play a part in the way you see colors on a computer.

Our experienced design team can help you create the artwork that best fits your vision. We will work closely with you to design your t-shirt graphic, logo, flyer/poster, your business card and more.

Depending on the complexity, design work can be completed in anywhere from 1 to 5 days. This cannot be determined until we get a better description of exactly what you want. Feel free to call or email us for more info.

Our design rate is $50/hour, 1/2 hour minimum

send us your artwork

Artwork files can be submitted in various formats.

For screen printing, we prefer vector-based .AI, .EPS, or .PDF files or high-resolution .JPG’s/.TIFF’s (300 DPI or higher) or .PSD’s with all text layers flattened. If submitting a vector file, please save for Adobe Illustrator CS3 or lower and be sure to flatten all your fonts.

    • If using Adobe Photoshop:
    • Acceptable file formats: .JPG, .TIFF or .PSD
    • Flattened font layers
    • Image resolution: 300 DPI or higher
    • If using Adobe Illustrator:
    • Acceptable file formats: .AI, .EPS or .PDF
    • Fonts converted to outlines
    • Saved for Adobe Illustrator CS3 or lower

Hand Drawn Artwork:

If you have a hand created piece of artwork we can scan it and work with it. Solid tone line art is best for transferring to screen print ready digital format. Grey tones and color blending can be achieved by half-tone dots.


Scans must be created at a minimum of 300 DPI and should be set to the final desired print size.

We require all files to be set to the final print size at minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

We will always do our best to work with the artwork you submit to us.

If you are ready to send your artwork,
We can accept email attachments up to 25 MB.

If a file is too big for email, you can send it to us using a file sharing service such as WeTransfer. Simply visit the website and follow the on screen instructions.
